Frequently asked questions
No. Enter a URL or domain and run the check in your browser. Some results can be partial if the target site blocks requests or hides the data being checked.
The Email Configuration Checker runs live checks against the target website. Results reflect what was reachable at the time of the test, so retest after changing DNS, redirects, headers, or page content.
SPF specifies which servers can send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to verify the email hasn't been tampered with. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do when SPF or DKIM fails.
The most common causes are: missing or misconfigured SPF record, no DKIM signing, no DMARC policy, or a low domain reputation. Our checker identifies all of these.
We check the DNS-level authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records). For inbox placement testing, you'd need to send actual test emails.
